Circle K — Local services in Florence

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Circle K at 3104 US 49 S in Florence, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. This place is an absolute disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

First of all, the cleanliness of this Circle K is appalling. It's as if they've never heard of a mop or a cleaning cloth. The floors were sticky, and I was afraid to touch anything. The restroom was even worse - a biohazard zone that I wouldn't dare venture into.

The staff here were also incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like I was bothering them by being a customer. They barely acknowledged my presence, let alone offer any assistance. It's as if customer service is a foreign concept to them.

And let's not forget about the food and drink options. The selection was pitiful, and what they did have looked like it had been sitting out for days. I wouldn't trust their hot dogs if my life depended on it.

To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the low-quality products and service you receive. I felt like I was being robbed just by walking through the door.

In summary, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Circle K at all costs. It's a dirty, unfriendly, and overpriced establishment that should be avoided like the plague. You'd be better off going anywhere else for your convenience...

The ladies bathroom was very dirty. Used feminine products were left out because the trash can was dismantled hanging on the wall with no where to put waste. Both soap dispensers were dismantled and laying on the counter. The tub of foaming soap not in its dispenser is impossible to use on its own. The very powerful hand dryer inconveniently had the only trash can in the room placed directly beneath it which literally blew two paper towels out of the can when it started blowing. The paper towel dispenser is currently empty and an employee refused to take my cash for fuel and I was told I would need to use the self service checkout. At this moment I'm pulling away from the pump and will get my fuel and...

Headed north bound and stopped to use the restroom and fill up fuel. The previous reviews about the restrooms being nasty are 100% true. I used my boot to hit the flush lever and was scared to touch the sink because it wasn't much better. Coming off the highway if you take the first option to turn into the parking lot by the old car wash. You will absolutely wreck your vehicle. It was easily a 6 inch straight drop from pavement to gravel! Luckily I saw it in time and slowed down or I would have needed a tow truck.
