Today went into the store and someone overwrote my customer account, that I've had for 6+ years, and I have lost all of points. The store manager blamed Microsoft and I called guest services who confirmed that someone with my same name, who works at a Buckle, asked for my account to be merged with theirs. Ignoring the fact that I had a different phone number and different email address that are both current and accurate for me. So this Buckle associate now gets all my purchase points and history and I get from Guest services/loss prevention: "Unfortunately, we make mistakes and once an account is merged there is nothing we can do. You have a new account to start fresh with. We will look into this and try to separate your points from the associates points and call you back." This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a retail store in a long time. I have always been treated well in the past, but this is enough to make me not want to return to shop...

The salespeople here are a little aggressive in their tactics. One woman took a long time to put together random outfits for no reason for my husband to look at even after he said he was just looking for a shirt and didn't need any assistance.
