Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Florence

My daughter, mom and I went to forums for nails and when we were done decided to go next door to menchies for yogurt. There was no one working at the counter. I had never been but my mom had. She said we needed the sample cups to try what flavors we wanted. We waited for a few mins no one ever came out so I said just use your cup and the spoon bc they weigh it and the tiny bite to taste something won't make a difference bc when u hit dispense more than a taste falls in the cup so we are paying for it. Finally a working comes out my mom pays and she was being loud and rude with my mom. Me and my daughter was still making ours and I had to turn around to see what was going on bc the little girl was being so loud and rude to my mom about us sampling the yogurt. She tried to explain we could not get the sample cups bc she was not around and she lost her mind. That we went behind the counter when we did not. So I had to interject and say im the one who got the spoons and I will pay she did not care and that there was new owners. I told her she was being unprofessional and rude for no reason and she didnt care. I ask for a number to call she told me look it and and told me to hurry up and pay. So I made my daughter put her yogurt down and I didnt get mine either. I refuse to pay for a service will a worker is talking to me like a dog. The receipt my mom has says her name is barb but it was August 2nd at 2:40pm. She needs to go through some customer service training and professional development bc she just lost the company atleast 10$ in yogurt today and we will NEVER return again. Just left Menchies and the worker, DESIREE was extremely rude. She pushed my friend's 10 year old son out of the way so she could restock product. Although she said excuse me, it was in a very rude and aggressive tone. I told her that she didn't need to be so rude and she started yelling and cussing at me, trying to kick us out of the store. It was my friend's first time going here and it was a horrible experience. Once I asked her for her name and explained that I'm calling her manager to complain, she then replied "my manger won't care, so say whatever you want." She continued to yell and curse at us with a store full of customers, telling us we're all banned from the store. I've been to Menchies several times, we love it, but this was the worst experience EVER!! Very rude and disrespectful staff!!! ALSO, DESIREE, the apparent assistant manager, stalked Facebook to find my friend and I from our google review, and sent us a friend request. She then sent my friend's boyfriend a friend request too. She messaged my friend on FB. This lady clearly has some type of issue. This behavior is very unprofessional and considered harassment. Very poorly ran, obviously. She clearly doesn't need to be working with the public. I've called Menchies corporate office several times and left a voicemail with zero responses. Im sending an email to corporate and will be calling the Florence location's manager. If nothing is done, I'm calling the BBB. *Edit- addressing the owner's response- I do know how to count, and when we were in the store, there were 7 available. The cake batter machine put out drops of liquid yogurt, and the apple pie machine began to go out while using it. It was the beginning of the day, so that could account for the missing flavors. However, I do know the difference between something tasting spoiled and being frozen. The cheesecake bites I had definitely weren't frozen, and they tasted horrible. I could not finish my dessert because of it. The cups were mixed together, despite there being labels. The heath bar I picked up was actually a kitkat. Also, I will not reach out so you can make it right on my next visit because there will not be one. I love being told how my visit actually went instead of what I experienced.
