Office Depot — Local services in Florence

Some experiences just stick with you and make you so grateful for kind people. I want to share my experience with Andre Williams, print center in Florence, Alabama. My grandmother was laid to rest in her beloved home, Colbert County in June. With all the arrangements and grief of loss, we forgot to do a program. It was so important that we did this program to share the story of her life, a beautiful poem she wrote and to give everyone in attendance a keepsake to hold dear. We created a program the evening before the funeral. We arrived at Office Depot the morning of funeral, that was scheduled at noon, with worry for the program being completed in time. We were quickly put at ease by Andre. He was so kind, reassuring and let us know he could get the programs completed in an hour. We were so relieved! What we thought could possibly be a hassle, became a comfort. We were able to take few moments to fill out greeting cards to be delivered to nursing homes that were made available at this store. What a beautiful idea and blessing to all in nursing homes during this difficult time. In less than an hour, Andre called to inform us the programs were completed. Not only were they completed, they were perfect! They were even better than the file I emailed him. I could not have asked for a more exemplary experience. Office Depot is incredibly fortunate to have Adrian as an employee. He has created high standards for my home office depot location.

I done an online order from Office depot and was charge twice ($597.67) for one computer, 2 days apart. When I called the 1-800 number I got the run around said they didn't see where I pay for the computer twice but at the bank and online it show one payment coming out on the 2/22/2018 and the other coming out on 2/26/2018. I called the home office "florence" to see if they could help, their answer was that they were not connected to the online Office depot but on Google the address under the same ad has Florence location written in bold letter with a link to the store. I finally got some lead way from a clerk on the website by chatting. I show her all proof before she got back with me and said the full amount will be back in my account in 24 hrs it would be refunded. I will let you guys know tomorrow. As of 8:57 on 2/27/2018 has been 24 hrs NOT reimburse (funny how it it took 2 second to take out of my account but for some unknown reason it is going to take 24 hrs and plus to put back into my account) Online Office depot is starting to feel like a scam. The print and design center is very subpar. My first issue was an order for cards that were printed they were horrible they were different colors and white was showing in different places it was just very unprofessional I definitely shouldn’t have picked the order up and paid for it but I did. I tried to give them another chance on a simple same day print that should have been ready at 4:15 I got there at 6:00 not ready and once again same subpar look white showing on the cut, cut not straight. I placed an order for cards for front and back earlier that will be ready Friday and after that I will never be back. I have dealt with Office Depot Print in several markets larger markets and have never had an issue...
