I visited Krispy Kreme in Florence AL today and was an absolutely disappointing experience. The manager Cristina did not do anything to try to make things right but instead insisted to continue to give me excuses on why they were out of donuts. I asked if she could substitute the current promotion with another assortment of donuts and she said "Sorry there is nothing I can do" Today there was a long line when we arrived at drive through. When we got to the speaker to order I ordered 1 dozen glazed donuts. The young lady stated they were out of glazed donuts. I asked if they were going to make more and she stated they would but that it would take 1 hour and 20 mins for them to come up. I asked if they would substitute the promo with an assorted dozen and they said no. When I asked the young lady at the window for the managers name she told me she didn't know if she could give that information to me..... So I said well why don't you go get her for me if you can't simply give me her name... At this point was when my interaction with Cristina happened leading to a dissappointed customer. This level of service was unacceptable and could have been handled much better. I saw several vehicles drive off empty handed as I sat in the parking lot writing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so disappointed with Krispy Kreme. I had to place my delivery order 4 times (charged 4 times as well) before my order was finally placed and in the stores system. I then waited patiently for my donuts to arrive at 7:30 am. I waited. And waited. Until noon and I then called the store to get no answer also a few times, until finally I drove to the store, got there around 1 just for them to tell me half of my order they no longer had in stock. I didnāt have time to chat over the drive thru speaker due to a line building behind me so I said to just replace what they can with anything else of equal value that I just want my donuts at this point. Well part of my reasoning for ordering Krispy Kreme was the notification for the hot light, well I didnāt get my hot donuts! Horrible service, no explanation for why they didnāt/couldnāt deliver my food, and nothing was offered to fix the initial problem. I was just given more problems. I donāt see myself or anyone in my family ever going to Krispy Kreme again due to the poor management and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCashier Micah completely ignored us when we came in, when I asked him if he was ready to take my order he told me no and talked to his coworker about where his keys were and after about a minute of back and forth over his keys, he took my order. I got a large Carmel mocha, 2 donuts and a bottle of milk. The coffee took 5 minutes and another 5 minutes to get my donuts. There are two other young women who seem to be running the place as far as the drive through is concerned and the donut counter. One with red hair actually got our donuts for us because Micah seemed to be busy talking on his cell phone. The free donuts for employees must be a huge draw for some because I've seen one cashier eat about 5 while I sat here writing this, haven't seen him wash his hands yet... There's about 7 sheets of plastic they use to remove the donuts rolling around on the floor as well and none of the tables have been wiped down at all. Very...
