I come to subway pretty regularly for lunch but after today that is going to change. The last 3 times I’ve come to this place KAYLA has bad it a terrible experience. I brushed it off the first two times because we are all human and everyone is entitled to having a bad day, but today was the worst! I ordered a cold cut trio (as I do each time I come to subway so I’m very familiar with how it’s made). As she was preparing my food I was on my phone and I looked up so I wouldn't keep her waiting and saw her glaring at me angrily. She then slides the sandwich down where I can now see it and the meat on the sandwich was HALF THE SIZE OF THE BUN. I then asked her why it was so small and she immediately cuts me off and rudely said “That is how it was pre cut already!” But it wasn’t because I saw her cut the meat. I then asked was the bun to big then and she rudley said “NO! And if you want more meat I’m going to charge you!” I then spoke with Tiffany (who was really nice night I add) and she tried to resolve the issue because by then I was fed up and I needed to get back to work. Needless to say KAYLA one bad apple has ruined my experience with this Subway and I have full intentions on making their general manager, Tiffany aware of this situation to prevent anyone else from receiving such HORRIBLE customer...
Read moreThe employees here are extremely rude and seem like they have much better things to do than help their paying customers. Won't even respond to a, "Hi, how are you?" when you are the only two guests in the store. Walked in, manager was in the front with 1 employee, stood at the counter for at least 45 seconds before anybody even came over, then had to be the ones to say hello to the employees- with no response because they were not finished talking. No eye contact to me or my fiancee, just made our sandwiches and went straight to the back. When we get to the cash register, the manager asks 'chips or drinks?', we tell her no thanks, and she gives us a total. Basically throws the change at my fiancee. I noticed we have no napkins in the bag so i ask if i could have some. The manager says that they are in the bag and doesnt even look up to see that they are not. I tell her no and instead of just handing me a couple napkins she yells to the back to ask if the other employee put napkins in the bag. Hands me a few, I say thanks, with no response AGAIN! Overall a terrible customer experience at this store. Never going back again and will tell as many people I can to...
Read moreTo be fair, this place/location used to actually be decent.. & had decent workers there that actually seemed to at least somewhat act like they cared.... But my main issue if I'm being totally honest, is just upper management..! (i.e. Owner's wife, Owner's family member, & the district manager..) They're bad.., like really bad...!! They bully their employees & care more about sitting around being "cliqued-up" with each other, just talking about everyone & just live for the drama.. They're just incredibly spiteful & totally negligent to their employees/jobs/& things that they should ACTUALLY BE WORRYING ABOUT/FIXING....! They're just "mean-girls" to put it bluntly...! Extremely toxic place to work... Even for a younger/high schooler ect.! On top of all that, they don't even offer any sort of benefits what so ever... They routinely lie to you about your pay, & I mean they literally don't even offer direct deposit...
