The Spa At Hotel Florence — Local services in Florence

I was pleased with the overall experience, but I want to solely point out and leave my review for Keith Jarrell (massage therapist). When I tell you this man has magic in his hands, I am not exaggerating. They were thankfully able to fit me in same day, last minute because I had a terrible tension headache for days that wouldn’t go away. Keith was attentive, listened to my concerns and I left with NO HEADACHE! I could have cried from relief. Had an awesome spa day there to include a massage and facial with Carolyn. Before starting, I used their restroom and had removed my jewelry. I stayed at the Hotel that evening and caught the last flight out to Ohio before hurricane Florence made landfall. Needless to say I was a little frazzled. I received a call from the Spa a week later letting me know I had left one of my rings in their bathroom!!😳 They kindly put it in the mail and I received it today. Now THAT'S costumer service!! 10/10 – Highly Recommend! Keith was absolutely AMAZING! I came in with a ton of stress and knots in my back, and he completely worked his magic. He had such a positive, upbeat energy from the start. We talked briefly about what I was looking for, and he said, “Say no more,” — and he meant it! He worked out every knot with care, consistently checking in to make sure the pressure was just right.
