Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Florissant

I must say as a first time shopper here I was not pleased. The younger kids who work there were not only rude but one of them was riding a cart up to the front and almost hit me with the cart had I not been watching that could of been bad. The other young kids one was cussing saying she dont F-in understand why people can't F-in put $hit back if they don't want it. The prices were cheap and both cashier's were very nice and polite that myself and my friend encountered. I completely understand working with the public is rough,I've worked in retail for 16 years and it can be trying and everyone has bad days and people can be rude and down right mean,however no one should speak that way in front of customers or be riding around on a cart almost hurting customers which could have been bad because I have bad knees. I doubt I'll ever return to this location. It's sad to Because this is the closest location...

This was August 24, 2025 approximately 4:15 pm. Horrible first experience. Walked in with my mom and sisters and I really needed to use the restroom . I proceeded to look for any signs or doors that had the “restroom” on it and finally saw one as soon as I walked down a bit. I kept following looking for the restrooms and finally got to another sign that said “restrooms.” Both doors locked. No one helping. Had another customer who wanted to use the restroom as well. I sent my sister and mom to ask to see if they could unlock the restrooms and the got told “no the restrooms are only for the staff” HELLO???! SO WHY DO YOU HAVE 2 HUGE SIGNS THAT SAY RESTROOMS WITH FINGERS POINTING? REMOVE THEM IF ITS ONLY FOR STAFF. Also, everything is SO unorganized, dirty, and disgusting just like the workers. There is a little bit of everything here, and it is rather like a treasure hunt for the bargain- conscious shopper. I need to use an electric wheelchair, and I was able to get everywhere in the store, even if I had to go slowly or go down the opposite side of the aisle. I was very impressed by this, as some stores like this are virtually inaccessible with mobility devices. Thank you to the staff at the Florissant location for being so friendly...
