Crumbl — Restaurant in Flowery Branch

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a cookie Saturday night at 9:10, for my daughter who has had the flu and all she wanted was a crumble. Used my point but had to stop and get her electrolytes before I made it a few minutes after 10. Not only did they see me and ignore me which ok it's after closing but today when I called the girl that answered the phone was arguing with me telling me that it was picked up at 9:06 when I was telling her per the app order was placed at 9:10 and never picked up. It's not about the cookie I can get a cookie anywhere it's about the lie. Who the hell is going to make a story up to get a free $5 cookie? Have only visited twice since the recent opening, once in store and once being delivered. Both times have been fantastic, delivery was quick and easy. Wait time in store was very low considering that it is a brand new location and I did not order ahead of time. The delivery fee was high, especially since we live extremely close to the store. The most rude place of business . No one greets you and they are about 10 ft away from you when you enter and it’s a wide open area. They clearly see you and hear you and do not look at you or address you in any way. You order on the computer screen and then wait. No one thanks you as they hand you your order.
