This is our "go-to" furniture store for decorating our Foley home. Kate is our "personal" salesperson, and is very knowledgeable about the products. Thus far, we have purchased 2 bedrooms suits, 1 desk, and mattresses. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of my experience yesterday, 2/13/2020. I went in to purchase 2 daybed mattresses. The store only had 1, and had to order the other. I just happened to look up and noticed that the gentleman there was getting ready to wrap up the display mattress and sell to me as new. I immediately had Kate to stop him because I didn't want an "used" mattress where varying amount of people have laid or sat on to test its comfort. I was really shocked by that especially since I had purchased so many different items from them previously. Plus, I'm basically paranoid about catching viral infections from the germs on the floor sample. I was assured by Kate that my purchased mattresses would be new and not refurbished. I did hear from the manager and they were able to work with the manufacturer to get my chair replaced. The one thing I would recommend to the managment team is to simply return calls / emails regardless of whether you have an answer or not. In my case, I was asked to send pictures, which I did. At that point I did not know if you even got the pictures, were they sufficuent, etc. That is when I had no response to emails and no response to multiple messages left to call me - all I wanted was an update / status of my request. Support is non existent. Paid over $1,000 for a chair and now with issues, the support team is ghosting me. (Repaired twice) Was on delivery schedule to swap it out (service managers idea Not mine) & they canceled day of due to sick drivers. No problem. Called next week to see when they could deliver & owner Susan, refused to do what the other 2 managers offered. Said her Managers shouldn't have told me they would take care of it and stand behind their products, it would cost her to much money to take it back cause she couldn't resell it for full price. Spent $4,000 to be treated badly when my husband was having cancer surgery & we just need a comfortable loveseat for him to recline in.
