In today's mail 10/30/25 I got subway coupons; I cut them all out and placed them in the car. My wife and I then went to your Subway location at 2116 Mckenzie Street in Foley Alabama. I got the parking place right in front of the store, I noticed no handicap access and high curbs. My wife and I are disabled She has a problem walking and has fallen many times but most of the time she can walk with my help and my right arm. I managed to get her up on the curb and went inside I noticed four Indian customizers seated and one Jamaican employee. I finally got my Wife seated and reached into my pocket got the two coupons and stepped four or five feet to the counter. The Jamaican Lady was quick to informed me that both of us my wife and I had to be standing at the check-out and pay separately for our two meals with each holding one coupon. I asked her was any exceptions made? She said no, I then asked her did she not she what my wife and I went through to get seated inside the Subway, no real response was given. She did say that the owner made these decisions. I told her that was insane and to just forget it I gave all my coupons to the Indians before I left. My question to the owner if you can see both of us sitting right in front of you why make a disabled person get up and walk to the check out with her coupon in tow and pay herself? I was going to pay for both coupons with one card, and I know that some Subway shops want separate transactions, like the shop in Fairhope off US 98 they never ask her to bring her coupon over the check out. What's wrong with you? I am a retired Disabled Sheriff's Lieutenant and a Disabled Veteran also; at my first opportunity I plan to contact the (ADA) and ask them a few questions that I really need to know. Some I already know but some I don't. Certain times stupid rules need to be overlooked don't you agree? I may or may not write back again, but rest assured that you won't be seeing us at any of your three sub...
Read moreI have eaten in and taken out of this location maybe 35 times over the past 2 years.lunchtimes close to my job. Friday evening was the worst experience of my life in retail or food service. I am disgusted at the employee who constantly sneezed and coughed with out removing herself from the food prep line.which was a mess. She said as customers walked in I just want to lock that door Her attitude stank when I told her a family behind me walked out because they didnt want their food sneezed on. Their words!! That's when all hell broke loose. The Employee with piercings in her face working Friday evening at 730pm managed to insult my faith in fastfood ..I walked out with by children..after alot of fuzz between myself and the employee because she definitely didnt want to be at work with her disgusting attitude..I left and went to the new located subway in the old dominoes pizza location and was given A+ service as per usual I explained what happened to associate working in that store. Best service But no phone call from the manager ..wish I'd never bother writing my number down now after I was asked too No one wants their food coughed sneezed on. No one deserves or wants attitude with their food order We all have bad days..or even get allergies but that employee just didnt to...
Read moreWe went to Subway at 2116 South McKenzie Street in Foley Alabama to get two subs. Previously we had went online in the internet and it said it gave discounts 10% to senior citizens. When we asked for the discount and check out, we were told they did not give senior discounts and you could not get the internet discount either, and they had a full page list of other discounts that you couldn't get. The attitude and atmosphere was cool but polite. Prior to going to the store, we had spent many minutes trying to go through online ordering online via the Internet, multiple times, and we could not get it to check me out. I think this online app is terrible and needs to be redone and I...
