Went there tonight after work. I work in a restaurant and we were too busy for the employees to order food. Went to taco bell because it’s one of the only things that was open beside Waffle House. Website says they close at 12am. Got there at 10:45pm and sat in drive thru line for 15 mins. Had 4 cars in front of me. By the time I get to the drive thru speaker to order they tell me they’re official closed and would not take my order. Even though it was only 11:02pm. They said they told people in line. When I seen someone walk out they were talking to 2 cars at the end of the line (I didn’t know what they were saying I had my window rolled up). I was right behind the person that was placing their order and there were 4 cars behind me(not including the one they were talking to). I have worked in the food industry most of my working life and we would always take care of customers that were there WAITING before we closed. Not to mention half the time I go there they’re out of half the menu items which I understand because there’s a food shortage. 9 time out 10 employees are rude. Again I work in the food industry and I know people have bad days. But tonight was very unprofessional in my opinion. I can understand if I pulled up after they closed even though the website says they close at 12am. But I was there 15 mins prior WAITING to place my order. I came here 2 weeks ago again on a Saturday night and got there a little later than I did tonight and had no problems other than the fact that they were out of a lot stuff but I know that’s not their fault. Very...
Read moreHorrible service. Rushed me up the window and didn’t ask for any sauces, etc, when there was no one behind me. ( I went at night time so it wasn’t busy there were maybe two cars in the parking lot). The manager claimed she made my order when she also came to the window. I came back around because I didn’t have enough meat on my taco. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme… all I tasted were the hard taco and the soft burrito outside barely anything on the inside. When I came back around and tried to explain to her the problem she completely ignored what I said to her the first time, she told me she was going back to remake the taco so I just let it be and she handed me a hard taco. I tried to explain to her the issue and while speaking she shut the window on me! We pulled up and the taco wasn’t even made correctly, if she wanted me to I could have paid for it again! Me and my significant other ate our food in the near by parking lot. I also order Cinnabon delights (I noticed there hard the first time around but didn’t need them really because I was more worried about the food that were going to fill me up) so as we were driving off I bit into the first Cinnabon and it was hard as a rock, cold and didnt even have the stuffing in the middle! This whole experience was completely ridiculous.. this isn’t the first time I had to complain about the store and I would’ve asked for a refund but honestly my anxiety couldn’t handle being around this disrespectful manager anymore. The attitude, the facial expressions, body expression and all were...
Read moreOK, imma try to make this post as simple as possible🤣 Went there at 6:40 last night and I can't even begin to tell you how rediculous it was . It literally felt like the Twilight Zone. I started out by saying that my order was a tad complicated, because I use my own low carb tortillas (CRAZY i know). The cashier responded "Try me". So, I said "I want 3 Cheesy Bean And Rice Burritos .I don't use the tortilla, so I just want the contents put in a bowl . When I order this , the cashier usually just rings up a Cheesy Bean And Rice Burrito with a message that says "no shell " does that make sense ?" .......She literally had no idea what I was talking about at all and looked at me like i was speaking another language .... She's like "So you just want sides ? What's all in that burrito ??? Hmmmm , I'm gonna figure out what's all in it, ring up everything individually and then do that 3 times "......the result was that I ended up with 28492 containers of everything that comes in the burrito, holding up the line , way more food than I needed, everyone making the food in the back was super confused, and a total of $10 instead of the usual 4.47. When the manager got involved, things got even worse 😆 she acted like she also had no idea what I was talking about either.Everyone apologized but I just can't believe how rediculous it was. The whole process of just explaining the order took about 20 minutes. If you come here, keep your order VERY SIMPLE . You've been warned 😅 P.S. Shout out to CHRIS .He's the real VIP...
