Raley's — Local services in Folsom

Went to this store around 9 pm along with a friend to get two Birthday cakes ..got the cakes but the bakery was closed so no one was there to write a note on the cake. Approached an associate and she mentiond go check the front side. Approached this asst manager called Katie K and she was very disrespectful when asked can we have someone write a note. Her answer was NO. And her expression was why am I talking to you foreigners, why do you belong here ...very brute, rude behaviour she could have said the no answer in a customer friendly way. But after hearing her response we felt she is one who will spoil the reputation of all ppl working there. This store is one of the best neighborhood stores. But with ppl like Katie K it will being bad repute to everyone...

Raley's is my favorite grocery store. I've shopped at Raley's in various cities I've lived in. The parking is good at this one it easily accommodates people with trucks and people pulling boats. There s an aisle 1 gas station at the opposite end of the lot. It's very close to Folsom Lake. Employees are always very helpful. It's well staffed and easy to get in and out. I've never had to wait a long time in line. Prices are higher than some other grocery stores but theyre always immaculately clean and employees are friendly. They also have a huge selection of groceries that other stores just don't carry. Deli, Meat dept, cafe, area always look really...

This store is a mixture of good and not so good. On the one hand, their deli and canned goods section is quite good. Their prices are better than those found at Safeway. On the other hand, The butchers and a couple of their deli counter people could use some serious training in customer service. The produce is a composite of really fresh and fairly priced items and some older produce that would be thrown out in other grocery stores. They seem to run out of stock on common items frequently which makes me wonder about their inventory controls.
