We initially purchased a replacement element for our dryer from Silica and then returned to the parts store to purchase a fuse. While picking up the second part, Pat asked us to describe what was going on with the dryer. He was able to diagnose what might be going wrong. He took the time to print out a diagram of our dryer and even show us on a screen the area that wasn’t connecting correctly. We came home, changed out the pieces, and our dryer runs and dries better than it has for quite a long time! I can confidently say that customer service like this is rare in this day and age, and we are extremely grateful that Pat took the interest and time to help us repair our dryer. It was a blessing to our family, and we would gladly buy appliances from Silica again...
