Went to the location on a weekday evening to get a battery replaced in my phone. Was told on my first stop they did not have a technician to do it. So I went back on a Saturday and was told that I needed to make an appointment and that I should do it online. I went home and set the appointment up for the following Monday evening at 6:30 and received an email confirmation. Before going to the location for a third time (I received no call to reschedule), I called and was told, there would be no technician on duty.....so I rescheduled to the following afternoon at 4:00. When I showed up on Tuesday at about 3:50, was told that the technician had a sick child and would not be in. So this my third time to the store just to get a battery replaced. And my fourth contact. During my third visit, my battery finally did get replaced and ironically enough from the very first person who told me she could not do it because she was not a technician. Very upsetting....but in the end, they gave me 50% off the bill and the battery was ultimately replaced. They need much better scheduling and communication if they intend...

I called a week ahead of time to make an appointment and was told it would take an hour to repair my screen so I arranged my day off around the time they told me would work best. I got to the store 10 min early where the guy in the back was to busy playing on his computer to come out and help me even after 2 more ppl walked in after me. Then the lady that was helping a customer came back inside (after already waiting 15 min) and took my info and such to start the process. Then she told me my Phone would be done in 6 hrs because they had 3 ppl walk in earlier so they are now ahead of me... walk in.... not an appointment. appointments and a schedule obviously don’t mean anything to these ppl. Then the guy finally chimed I’m from the back room saying these take a 1 1/2 each phone... after researching it a person that performs this task daily should be able to do this in...
Read moreI feel it took too long, the place is understaffed. There could be a better system, they said 2 hours but because people came in after me and got waited on right away. So my repair gets pushed back because they have to wait on others, but I was there before them. Just doesn't seem right! Other than that everything else was good.
