Was sold a vehicle that was not road ready or safe to drive. Had several issues with my vehicle starting the first ten minutes I was in my new car. The tires needed to be balanced twice as the first time they literally did nothing they said they did. There were no weights on any of my tires after the tech lied and said he had balanced my tires the first time but they were there after the second. headlight has needed to be replaced twice because again the first time it wasn't fixed, windshield wiper pump, a broken cv axel, broken ³rd tail light that was leaking into headliner (cost me $550 to fix) noise cancelling system was malfunctioning, spot on brake pad and rotor causing a scoffing noise (took them 1.5 years to address) the waterproof seal around the door is coming off, blown speakers, there are other things I can't think of at the moment. whoever checks the cars did a bad job. The day I purchased I started having issues with the car shaking wildly, They didn't find it for over a year i had to tell them to look at cv axel before they finally figured I'd out. I will say 1.5 years later it seems like they are finally taking it seriously and addressing the things that need to be fixed, but I just wish it would have been addressed immediately and taken seriously. After the last time it broke down holiday did give me an "extended test drive" on another vehicle so I wasn't stuck with nothing or paying for a rental so that was pretty cool. Wish I could have gotten this all the other times I had to take it in but it's a start. Took them 3 weeks to fix it this last time but they made sure I had a car so that's ok. Seems they are actually trying to make things right but like I said I wish it would have been much sooner. Honestly buying this car was one of the worst decisions I have ever made...

We recently purchased a used 2024 Blazer RS EV. The price was why we came to Holiday. Our salesman Noah promised us the car would be pulled up by the building when we got there. It wasn’t, he wasn’t there, and no one in the dealership knew where the car was. My wife eventually found it. The salesman came over and unlocked it. When I got in, there was a piece of plastic from the trim around the rear view mirror laying on the floor by the accelerator. Then we noticed the plastic cover over the mirror was pulled down and crooked. We took it for a test drive, then when we got back, the used car manager, Tim, came out and told us the history of the car, which was different from Noah’s version. Then Tim proceeded to tell us that we were eligible for the 7500 rebate off the advertised price. I told him he was wrong, and Noah agreed with me. Then Tim begged us to get financing through Holiday, as they use the same credit union as we do. I told him no, as we had all that taken care of. He got angry and said “f” it and turned and walked away. Tim is a very arrogant man and almost caused us to walk out. When we set up a delivery time to get the vehicle the next day, we told Noah to make sure the plastic trim that was messed up by the mirror, be fixed. He promised it would be. When I took delivery the next day, at 6:30pm, the trim wasn’t fixed. I was upset, and I fixed it myself the next day. I tell this story to everyone I know, and for that, I don’t recommend...

I was drawn in by a used car that I was interested in. Noah greeted me in the lot shortly after I arrived. I told him I wanted to test drive said vehicle and he was happily accommodating. We went inside to get the keys & some preliminary information. While we were talking Noah asked several questions about what I was interested in. I had a list of must have features along with a couple of other makes/models I was also contemplating. Holiday had all the vehicles I wanted with my specific features on the lot. Noah got all 3 sets of keys so I could test drive all my choices. He was patient & very thorough with all the features of each vehicle. After the test drives I set my sights on a newer model of one of these so, we took that one for a test drive as well. I made my decision with Noah's patience & knowledge, without any high pressure sales! I then also worked with Ella for financing & contract signing. She is also patient & knowledgeable. We did what was best for me & I signed happily on the dotted line! I will/would definitely recommend Holiday for anyone looking for a good used or brand new vehicle!
