OMG I cannot with this place. So I was going to go from black to blonde and went in because I had highlights that made me look like a tiger. Met Jazzmine and set up an appointment with her. I went in and she was half an hour late because she claimed she contacted me to confirm but didn't so if I hadn't texted her, she would've never showed. I was annoyed. Later I go in to talk to her about my next appointment and to see if they had Olaplex and find out they do (olaplex protects hair from damage from bleach). I was even more annoyed because this lady knew the salon had Olaplex and that I was going from black to blonde and didn't even offer it. Aren't you about your money and the upsale? I would have gladly paid more for it to save my hair from damage and had I known about it at the time. Anyhoo, when I tried to make an appointment with her the salon told me to call or text her. I text her and eventually she just stops replying. I call the salon to ask for a different stylyst because this one is hella flakey and the lady promises to call me back but instead shoots Jazzmine a message because all of a sudden, I hear from her a week later. The only reason I wanted someone else was for the Olaplex. I had it so I called Carlton salon and they carried it plus quoted me a cheaper price. That Jazzmine chick is obviously not about her money or her clients. Smh...I cannot...

I visited this morning for a bang trim with Gaby, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I have naturally curly hair and was very clear that I wanted a face-framing look — not straight-across bangs, as those do not suit my hair texture and tend to curl up too high. Unfortunately, Gaby was inattentive to my explanation. She did not acknowledge or respond to my requests, and there was a noticeable lack of communication and eye contact throughout the appointment. Despite my detailed description, she proceeded to cut straight-across bangs — the exact opposite of what I had asked for — and told me the service was complete. When I expressed that this was not what I wanted and asked her to correct it, the outcome only worsened. She attempted to fix it by adding some framing to the sides, but the result was uneven — one side was noticeably longer and thicker than the other. This was my first experience at this salon, and unfortunately, it did not leave a good impression. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Gaby, as the service did not reflect the level of professionalism I had hoped for.

I went to Mara to put highlights in my hair for my upcoming grandson‘s wedding in April. When I left the salon I was very satisfied, it turned out so beautiful and I receive so many compliments, I also posted a picture on Facebook and received additional compliments. In the following couple of weeks washing my hair and blow drying at the highlights completely broke off and left me with hair sticking up in the air. I sent Mara a picture of the hair that fallen off and also a picture of what my hair looked like, all the highlights had broken off and my hair was completely dark. She accused me of coloring my hair dark, why would I do that since I was so pleased with the look of the highlights. I asked her for half of what I paid as a refund and she refused. She accused me of coloring my hair completely dark. I will never go back to her again, not so much about my hair falling off and now my hair is broken off and sticks up in the air and I have not been able to put it in a ponytail because of the hair...
