its unfortunate i have to write this because this is my nearest Starbucks and i go almost every day. Today i went around 9PM with my boyfriend. My boyfriend was the one ordering and the Male on the speaker taking his order was VERY hostile. When my boyfriend finished saying what the first drink was going to be (which was mine) the guy aggressively said " OK IS THAT IT?". My boyfriend continued saying his drink order and again " IS THAT IT?". I wouldn't have taken it so personal if the guy didn't sound so bothered when he said it. I mean taking drink orders is in the job description no? so why get bothered when you have to do it? we only ordered 2 drinks. It only got worse from there. When we drove up we got the first drink ( all was good with that one) then we were handed our second drink. On the second drink we had ordered a Venti Vanilla Bean Frappe with extra caramel drizzle ( & yes we were charged the 60 cents for the extra drizzle). It had no caramel. My boyfriend nicely told the girl "I'm sorry but can we get the caramel drizzle we asked for on it" ? and the girl so obviously bothered just turned around to look at her male co worker and he rolls his eyes sighs and says "people"...... If we didn't pay for the extra drizzle it wouldn't have been a problem, we would've drove off but since we were charged for it of course we wanna get what we paid for. Once they added the drizzle the male walked over and handed it over to my boyfriend with such an attitude. We thanked him and as we began to drive off the male rolled his eyes AGAIN. Read moreI'm very disappointed in the so called supervisor named Dayana or so she said her name is Dayana i went and order some egg bites and their oven went down it wasn't heating up no problem i understand things happen I'm waiting in the drive thru window for my order at least 7 minutes Still not heating up i let them know i can no longer wait i was already in a hurry i ask for a refund i paid debit so i ask for cash because if it gets refunded to my card i know it takes a few Days they said they cannot do that once again no problem i asked if i could get it in a gift card so i could go use it at another Starbucks She said sure she refunds me only partial the amount i paid i realize that after i take off and already on the freeway I called them and i asked why did she only refund me a partial amount she tells me they're only allowed to put a specific amount on the gift card keep in mind she did not inform me about in the first place i told her why would she think i'd be ok with getting refunded a partial amount that's not what i paid i expect the full amount Instead of apologizing or making things right she gets a bit combative and tells me it's Policy Fine it's Policy but i still want my money back the full amount she should have told me that in the 1st place i would have not agreed to the gift card if it only has partial refund .. I honestly come here a lot but after this incident i doubt i will ever come especially if she's there working she does not know how to handle customers And does not offer any Solutions for a happy customer

When I finally caught their attention, they told me it was going to be a minute. At this point I didn’t think much about how they were acting except that they were being total jerks. I told them it was fine I would wait and then they finally took my order. As I was waited for my drink a Caucasian woman came in and I couldn’t help but notice how different they treated her. But this isn’t what ticked me off. Moments later, a Latina asks the barista if she can have some ice in a cup and he pretends to not understand. Like dude, what’s there not to understand I was farther away and I understood perfectly what she was asking.
