ASSOCIATE: 772376 I went inside just to look around and ended up getting some of the 10 for $1 candy. I grabbed a handful and went to checkout (there was no line) and the worker asked me how many there were and i said “i think 15” he replies “i THINK isn’t good enough, im going to have to dump it all out and count” he goes on to count and when he hits fifteen he says “THATS FIFTEEN” with annoyance and emphasis in his tone. When he finishes counting he says that next time i need to do better and count the candy before check out. I understand completely that this rude interaction could have been avoided completely but it had just slipped my mind to have an accurate count of 10 cent candy. While I was in the wrong for forgetting to count, there are nicer ways to talk to people, especially at a customer service job. Read moreThe store itself was fine. The employees were rude and not very helpful. This was my first time at this location and my Mom's first time in a Five Below.. We didn't realize it was a self check out store and had to figure it out for ourselves. We stood in line waiting our turn til my Mom noticed other customers ringing themselves up while the employees sat up front gossiping. Read moreThe managers are so rude saying “we can only inflate your balloon the day you purchase it” they always run out of hello kitty and I make sure to bring my receipt with me. The manager said he will allow it this one time. But he does a horrible job securing my balloon to the string doesn’t even ask me what color I would like the string and the string was so short not even a full body size and I’m not that tall.
