I’ve been shopping here for over 30 years these past 2.5 years I’ve tried avoid shopping at this target many of their workers Hispanic American females always follow me around the store giving me dirty looks they probably think I want to shoplift perhaps but they can at least ask me if I need any help if they are so concerned about me and try not to make it obvious they are watching funny thing is every time I enter the store there is no security in front but when I finished paying for my items they put a security watching me exit..I’ve experienced this many times before and just be passive about it but today I just felt like writing about my experience shopping at this store because I just came here to buy milk and an umbrella I asked an male associate about an umbrella in the front he was very kind and friendly and said he will ask someone to wait in front that’s when an Hispanic female worker kept walking around me looking at me up and down giving me dirty looks she was pretending to be occupied to to be able to watch me because she probably thought I wanted to shoplift and what I was up to while I was waiting for the associate she walked away I was there watching the male worker talking to another associate probably asking for the umbrella location as he comes back after a couple minutes he said he doesn’t know then asked someone a question behind me I look back and it was that Hispanic female worker who was pretending to be working but watching me the whole time she’s was behind me keeping an eye out for me she pointed the umbrellas were in the women’s section with no smile having a dirty look face I said thank you she didn’t say anything back just a dirty look then while I was waiting to purchase the milk I seen her flag a security then the security walked towards the exit/entrance of the store…I just felt like I needed to write this I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this while shopping at this target store..9/12/2025 around 8pm…I hope this store can find better workers friendlier not workers that watch you shop giving you dirty looks they can at least greet you and ask if I’m finding...
Read moreTarget, how about training better your employees? First time I had to go to guest services, I had to return a hair oil that I had picked up at the drive up. The hair oil was half empty and so I went to return it the lady that I dealt with she kept making comments on how strange it was that they had given me a half empty hair oil. It seemed like she was accusing me of something. Now, I’m a regular at drive up and I know most of the time there’s something missing or spoiled when I pick up my orders so for me that’s just a normal now. However tonight we picked up a film camera bundle and it came without the film and stickers and we went right away inside the store to return. At guest services people were very nice but the lady in electronics wasn’t. My husband went to get the other camera to exchange it and he noticed that the cameras were behind glass but the boxes weren’t sealed so he asked the lady if he could get one that was sealed. She said none of them were not sealed and so she was mentioning how strange it was that we got a camera with missing items since everything is behind glass. So my husband did told her well target better be checking their employees better because if everything is behind glass then we have no access to it but they do. Read moreI do drive ups often, and today I decided to go to this target . It was the closest one by my house and my baby was having a mild allergic reaction so we ordered a few items to bathe him in. I was in the back seat with the baby and requested on the app for the items to be placed in the passengers seat while my husband was in the front. Tell me why when this employee came up she was insanely rude and actually tossed the items through the window that the items actually fell to the floor on the car and just walked off. No apology and even her tone of voice was just rude. We realize we forgot to add something to our drive up order so we went inside really quick and she’s telling her coworkers “AM I REALLY THE RUDE ONE” It took everything in me to not confront her especially because I am usually polite and love to ask how everyone’s day is going. I came around 7:30-8pm, she was working for the drive up service, and she was tall, had glasses, and long hair. I at least hope she’s reprimanded because you never know what’s going on in someone’s day. In my case my 7 month old was itchy and in pain and she was still rude, ofcourse I was going to get more upset. And if she happens to read this , I hope you’re a lot more empathetic because god forbid someone gave you the same service...
