I am very disappointed at Rosy’s Shapers. I went today to buy another Faja, I told the lady “Ceci” helping in front what I needed, I have bought 5 fajas in the past from them as I keep reducing my waist line, but always had the owner help me, she is more welcoming. The last Faja I bought was a full body Medium. This time I only wanted the upper body and she gave me one with Rods. I tried it and it fit fine. On my way home it started bothering me as the rods were pocking my hips and my breast, I took it off, fed the kids and drove back and they didn’t want to exchange it.

According to them, the policy is, if it has been worn you cannot exchange, But if you take it without trying it, you have 15days to exchange it. This Policy is Ridiculous as someone that didn’t try it in the store, can basically wear the Faja for 15days and go back, Say “They didn’t wear it” and return it. I was given a Faja with no tags, There was white stains on it and I inquired if it was used before buying and the lady said no. It only has a little yellow sticker on the back. I tried exchanging it the same day, after only wearing it for a little while. I’m leaving this review, so Rosy’s Shapers reconsiders their return policy to a more customer friendly policy. As all other Faja places, gives you an opportunity to exchange. I would not suggest anyone to come here, There are many other Faja Places that are more considerate about...

I would like to take the time out of my morning to let everyone out there in the world know that this location is an amazing place to go for men and women who need shapewear to help with contouring their bodies and feeling A million times better about themselves. The owner was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what size shapewear my wife needed just by looking at her. He took the time to put pads over certain areas of the garments to protect my wife from other people who have tried on these products previously and he was extremely helpful and kind to my children as well. I will be having surgery next month and I will absolutely, most definitely be returning to purchase shapewear for myself and more than likely, for my wife again LOL.
