My husband and I visited Friendship dealership on Monday August 9, 2020. We was in the market for a newer vehicle. Upon arriving, We was greeted at the door by Kenneth Walker. Such a friendly gentleman with a big smile. Before arriving we viewed several vehicles on website. We sat down and went over several things. Kenneth then mentioned a brand new vehicle. We wasn’t sure if it would be in our price range, but we decided to look at it and see what we thought. We immediately fell in love with it. It was everything we needed. Plus extra things we wanted. We decided it was the vehicle we wanted to pursue and see if we could make a deal. It started out a little rocky. I was having trouble with my bank accepting the amount. I finally met them in the middle. Kenneth and his manager gave us the best price for our budget. We left the dealership with a brand new 2020 Nissan Kicks SR. Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had the best experience while there. Growing up I always heard stories about salesmen. I kind of dreaded going but was also excited at the same time. Being greeted with a friendly face made the nerves ease a lot. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I hope to keep my new car as long as I can. I promise though when we decide to do anything about another one, we will definitely be going back to Friendship Nissan. Read moreLast week I decided to take my 2009 Pathfinder to this dealership because my mechanic could not work on my issue due to having surgery. Well I regret that decision because it cost me almost $350 and nothing was fixed. I had several issues that I wanted to get checked out and was told there would be a $149 diagnostic fee to assess the issues. I was fine with that. I was also told that there would be a $149 fee to program my FOB and a $20 dollar fee to cut the key. I was fine with that. Well the next day I get a message telling me that my whole front end needs to be replaced and my shifter issue will require a new shifter assembly (which is total BS) that's just the dealership trying to rip me off. So I told them I would just pick it up. I asked for the total and was told it was $335.39. Which i questioned because they had not fixed my FOB issue. So when I get to the dealership I question the total and was told that even though they had not fixed my fob issue I was still being charged the program fee because there is a program fee regardless if they fixed the issue or not. Imagine if every mechanic did this, charged you for something even though they did not fix the issue. I was thinking about purchasing a new pathfinder from them since mine is old, but after being ripped off for $149 I think I'll pass.

Read moreYou know I thought that buying locally would be great that I would be treated great. It was terrible nobody even offered me or my son anything to drink or asked if we needed anything. That made me sit there for hours with my two year old son and just acted like they didn’t care. I was under the impression that since I was buying a brand new truck that I would receive some incentives like free oil changes or discounts or something and they guy who helped said he was sure I would but that was false I have to pay full price for everything but all the othe dealerships that I have went and bought from are amazing they take care of there customers and they make sure you are taken care of for life like discount oil changes free inspections among many other things. So you know will come back and buy from them.... also I was suppose to receive a $50 Visa card for test driving a New Nissan but I never received and when I called about it they just acted like it didn’t matter. I even went up there to see what was going on but once again they where rude and acted like it didn’t matter and I still haven’t received it. Do I will never buy from them ever again and I will not recommend anybody else buy from them.
