Well, I wanted to get my Chick-fil-A sandwich the way I feel most comfortable eating it which is to ask for it cooked well done. I have done this at Chick-fil-A’s all over the country and never had an issue sometimes the chicken consistency isn’t there, so by asking for it to be cooked a little longer than normal, insures it’s cooked well and I enjoy it. It’s better than me eating it and then having to return it five min later cause it’s not good but I digress. This was the first time in my entire experience eating chickfila that I got a response of “we don’t do that here” to which I ordered a large fry and a drink and walked away. No let me check with a manager or what do you mean? Just we don’t do that here. In the past I think the most I ever ran into was that I had to go inside because it may take a moment, but I was willing to wait for a sandwich that I would enjoy. I’m curious if this truly is just a policy of this store or others because this may end my visiting of Chick-fil-A stores for life. Maybe it was just an employee that didn’t know and didn’t ask someone. This is the nearest Chick-fil-A near me which sucks just moved to this area I guess to put it in there words “I won’t be eating here”. I’m pretty reasonable but I don’t think asking for you to cook my fried sandwich a little longer to be sure it is cooked all the way through is asking to much, I mean at Burger King I can have it my way but at Chick-fil-A it’s there way or no way. Sincerely not satisfied customer. After reading the reviews it appears I’m not far off in my assumptions from food not cooked well to bad service maybe I shouldn’t want to eat...
Read moreWas great now it’s only just ok. When this location first opened it was awesome! Fast drive thru, hot fresh food, happy workers. Within the past month and half things have changed. I came thru the drive thru about a month ago and pulled up to a dark haired girl I was asked what I wanted like I was at McDonald’s, talked over and interrupted. I was briskly informed to pull forward to pay, I informed the girl I wasn’t finished with my order and was met with a huff of breath and a “is that all” attitude. My nuggets were cold and sauces missing. So I said I wouldn’t be going back. But today I really wanted chik fil a, it’s pouring rain when I pull thru the drive thru so naturally the line was moving slower (which is completely understandable) but I ordered my meal 3 different time saying I wanted my fries and drink to be large. Once at the speaker box, once before I paid for my food and then again when they tried to hand me food of the wrong size. Frustrating are the rain is it didn’t prevent to order from being repeated back to me properly but rung up wrong. When I told the ginger haired girl that I wasn’t the one who messed up and I’d like my order large like I’d asked 3 different times I was met with again huffing attitude. The only saving grace was my order was actually correct. But I’ll be hard pressed to return to this location or suggest someone...
Read moreI eat the same basic fried chicken sandwich with nothing but extra pickles every time I go to Chickfil A. I like it, but I absolutely love the way the employees are trained in the Forest City store. Almost every employee is so pleasant, respectful and kind to the customers. I actually had to take a break today while trying to exchange a phone at a cell phone store, because I felt disrespected, belittled, unseen, and the answer to everything you ask is "No, it can't be done." At least some of the answers should be "YES" in every business. I took a break, went to Chick-fil-A, ate an early supper, and went to the bathroom (which can't be done in most stores). I honestly thought I couldn't muster the physical strength to go back to "No" T-Mobile, but the lovely young people at your restaurant just lifted me up. When I leave, most of the young workers at Chick-fil-A will finish by saying, "Have a blessed day." There's no other store of any kind like that in Rutherford County that I have seen. I hope I'm wrong, but I truly don't think there's another place like that in the county. If you're in management somewhere, go sit down to a small meal at Chick-fil-A. Then ask about their training program. The answers to your customers won't always be yes, but most of the answers...
