Carolina Auto Finance — Local services in Forest City

My wife wanted a a new car because our old on just had to go. We drove around looking for used car dealerships when we remembered this new lot called Carolina Auto Financing. We ended up checking out their inventory and were greeted my a very nice and well represented young man. We notified him of our budget and hopes to finance and he immediately when to work. He took my wife's info and started put info out to banks and other corps to help us finance. While being busy with dealing with the financing he still help us but showing us the vehicles we were interested in and helping us test drive them. Little did we know this is a mom and pop business. And yes they definitely made us feel like family. Once we purchased the vehical and got a 35 day tag we drove off happy and satisfied with our transaction. Now with the problems that covid has brung to the table our tag took a little longer than it usually would but we still have to understand with covid its gonna take time my wife is not the type of person that wants to get pulled over and she will refuse to drive the vehicle because of this. Once I explained my concerns to the owner he made sure the very next day he had the plate for us. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Financing. Thank you again for great vehicle and service...

I would definitely recommend!!! I woke up last Friday with no plans on getting a new truck but the team at Carolina Auto Finance made it a very easy thing to happen. They are a family business and you can feel it in the atmosphere when you walk in. The whole crew stayed late so I could come by after my shift. I had lots of questions which they were very good about answering and making sure I was happy with my purchase. I wanted a reliable vehicle and I feel like I got that with the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado.. They are legit. I really appreciate the service I got from Darren, Natalie, and Brittany. We got a car from Carolina Auto and we have spent as much on the car to have things fixed as we just about paid for the car. $9,000.00. Now I'm not saying they knew something was wrong with the car I'm just saying no matter where you go please check the car out real good before you buy. ( ADDED NEW INFO) We did buy our car from there I can't remember the girls name we got it from but she had alot of tattoos she was very nice. We paid $9,000.00 Cash. That might not sound like alot to pay for a car but it was alot for us and we have had nothing but trouble with it.
