I went into the store about a month ago and thought then that the service was great and Dakota had really helped us. I went in today to pre-order my new phone and found out several things he had told us that were not correct. My family upgraded to the unlimited data which we were told was $45 a month TOTAL, not PER LINE! The next issue was he had told us my mom's work discount was all we could use on the bill and it was the highest discount available. Again, wrong. We were told today that her discount no longer works, but that my husband being a military veteran would allow a discount which is the only way to get a discount right now. We had been told last month that there were no military discounts. The third thing was we had two tablets that we do not use and they were suppose to be taken off of the account last month. Guess what? They were both still on the account today. If he ordered the battery it would be 2 weeks before it would arrive. I called the national Verizon number. On the phone for more than 1 hour. First, she said they had a procedure that should be followed when returning a jetpack battery. I informed her that I had returned everything in the original box. I was informed that they don't have batteries in the warehouse and gave me the phone number for Batteries Plus in Arden, NC. I explained it was quicker to SC.
