I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches plain which is no lettuce and no mayonnaise and I got both with mayonnaise on them and I live 25 minutes away and just got home for my wife to open her sandwich and see it has mayonnaise on it which she is allergic to and also ordered 1 large fry and an 8pc chicken nugget and I looked at the timer on the screen and it took 18 minutes to get me my food and it was wrong. Now my wife has nothing to eat for dinner and if she would have taken a bite without looking I would be taking her to the hospital. Also I've tried to call them for the past 35 minutes and can't get no answer on the phone to let them know they messed my order up bc I live to far away to go back tonight and have it remade especially with my daughter having to go back to school in the morning and she's tired and ready to go to bed and I don't understand how nobody can take a minute to go answer the dam phone bc im pretty dam sure that's what the phone is supposed to be in there for so if your never going to answer it then why even have one on the website. So I just went back in to Burger King this morning to let them know about my order from last night and Liz took everything for me and even dropped the chicken for the sandwiches even though it was still breakfast time so that I didn't have to come back later and was very nice about the situation and also Lashonda after that came up and apologized for the inconvenience last night and was super super nice to me and gave me a large drink for my troubles and just apologized and that means alot bc you could just tell how much she cared about her job and making her customers happy and making sure they get what they paid for and deserved and really treated me with respect and thats all you can ask for in a situation like that. I really appreciate the way they both handled the situation with class and respect. Thank you Lashonda and Liz for being so nice...
Read moreI’ve lived in Forest City for about 6 years now and I’ve always gone to this Burger King. I work nights, so my options are limited when I want something late at night and I’d absolutely like to thank this night shift crew for the work and effort they put in. There’s been a noticeable rise in quality and consistency since the redesign.
I’ve worked in restaurants in the past, from the Waffle House across the street to fast food joints in other states. Night shifts are stereotypically pretty relaxed with poor workplace standards, but this is the third time I’ve gotten something to eat late at night here and ALL of the food was fresh, hot, and made properly. Too many restaurants are complacent and let their food sit so they don’t have to cook, but I never have this issue here.
I really appreciate the night shift crew here, whether it’s good management or good natured people, you guys are great. Thank you for your hard work. Especially the really chill young Black gentleman on the headset, sorry for not knowing your name but I know it’s not easy...
Read moreI asked for a bacon, egg ,and cheese croissant. There was one strip of bacon on it. I asked the shift supervisor how many strips of bacon come on the sandwich. She said two. They gave me a new sandwich. I open it and the new one had less than the one I had before. Why couldn't they just give me an extra piece of bacon vs wasting the first one? I said wait a minute you said two strips of bacon. The shift supervisor then told me it's one strip broken in half. I'm not sure where she went to school but one strip in half is still one strip! The picture on the menu shows a bunch of bacon. One of the workers said she's still not happy? Wow, great customer service and awful food. I'm not sure reading through all the awful reviews how Burger King continues to let this store struggle and not do...
