Fuji Yama — Restaurant in Forest City

Seems to have really gone downhill Lately. Sabrina was our server. We ran out of drinks twice the first time we were without a refill for more than 10 minutes and had to get her attention as she walked by. Another table near us was unsatisfied as well. My plate steak and chicken was supposed to come with mushrooms according to the menu but came to the table with broccoli. Steak and chicken were dry no cook sauce on them and steak was cooked on the very well side so it was tough. With 5 other Japanese restaurants in the county we'll be giving them a try.

We went back with some friends of ours. Diona was our server she has great personality of a wet cardboard box. We ran of drinks 3 times had to wave at her across the restaurant because she never came back to check on us. If she spent more time worrying about her customers than doodling on your receipt it might have been decent.

Despite being "fast-food" style Japanese, this is some of the best Teriyaki/Hibachi I've had in my life. I eat Japanese multiple times a week, and I've found nowhere else in the state to compete with this. It's the highlight of my trips to Rutherford County.

The meals are very well-priced and are a hefty portion, you will almost always get two full meals out of it. The carrots are sweet and cooked to perfection, these in particular I cannot find cooked so well anywhere. The fried rice is also delicious, and the shrimp sauce is made perfectly (not thin and white like some places).

Melissa was my server, very great service, very friends and she made sure I had everything I need. I'm a truck driver and this is my first time here. Food was spectacular, steak bits were some pink in middle and very flavorful, very good prices and atmosphere. But I don't understand why 4 girls that worked there just stood at the bar talking how they are gonna fire each other, talking about school and they just stand there complaining that some pizza place pays more than here.
