This whole establishment is a fraud. They sell awfully refurbished phones and don't stick to any of their policies, or word on helping customers. Do not believe these bot reviews. They do no have any kind of customer service skills whatsoever , and the owner himself is very vulgar. Do not give these people your hard earned money. There was NO damage done by is to this phone. It was purchased and the sales rep at the time even stated " sometimes the face recognition does not work ". This particular phones whole screen froze and flashlight would not come off. Got my son's phone fixed here. His phone was cracked but nothing to major. Not 48 hours after getting it fixed, he reached for his phone, it slid across the bleacher about 10 inches and the whole entire screen shattered. He never dropped it, never hit it, literally within arms reach, grabbed it and slid it to himself. The quality of glass they are using to replace the screens is absolutely horrible. Do not waste your money here. Every where else was almost double the price and I should have known you get what you pay for. Got my phone fixed here they gave me a bad screen, came back one time and he told me it’s apples update just ignored my problem and blamed it on Apple . 3rd time I came back another guy actually realized they gave me a bad screen and try to charge me $65 for a new one . When I express I didn’t have any money for it , and that they should give me a new one because they gave me a bad screen. He then put my old screen on and charged me $10 for just opening it.
