AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I have been with Metro for at least 13 yrs now and have never given any stores a poor review until now.. In the year or so I've been trying to do business with this store I've had my monthly rate raised, without notice or consent, my plan completely changed, without notice, which, in turn, dropped my preferred features thats created major inconvenience and stress now, paid for services that I still haven't received, been given attitude when despite my attempts to establish a positive rapport, avoided being swindled on the purchase of a refurbished phone, which prompted me to purchase elsewhere the same day for far far less ... and CURRENTLY I AM WITHOUT CELL SERVICE AS THE $5 I paid back in Sept/Oct to move my billing date from the 19th to the 5th STILL HASNT BEEN IMPLEMENTED AND DOWSNT EVEN SHOW ON METRO'S SYSTEM AS WVER HAVING BEEN DONE!! IM HIGHLY UPSET! I DONT GET PAID FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND WILL HAVE TO DO WITHKUT CELL SWEVOCE UNTIL THEM BECAUSE THIS BRANCH OFFICE OF METEO IS SEEDY, UNPRPFESSIONAL AND NON COMPLIANT.. And the cherry on top is that not only do I not have a receipt to be able to prove to another office that I've paid to have this switched because I've received just 2 receipts the last i times I've been there.. but I couldn't even call Metro direct to try and sort this hell of a mess out due to this dealer putting a "611 block' on my phone so I couldn't receive the 2-step verification text Metro sends.. the dealer blocked it from my phone ... why? IDK.. but I have my suspicions as to why.. to me, it's just another example of how shady and under handed this one office is.
