Mr. Jesse is awesome always willing to help everyone, his employees is very friendly, professional. Runs a great shop. Honest man who's fair to all. I've never been disappointed. First, I like DC Audio they've always been great on any issue I've had with my system. Would've given 5 Stars but I couldn't. My music wasn't playing out my subs. So I went to DC , I made everything easy to get to, took my radio out etc. Basically I feel like $81 was a lil steep, my system was already installed and $45 bucks to run rca jacks, come on now but hea it's a b business if I need it done I gotta pay that I wouldn't have if I new before hand.
