I've recently started going to this shop for my hair needs and by far these are the friendliest and warm people and they are great at helping the customer and answering all my questions so from here on out this will be the place to go never again will I step foot in that place down the street, the employees do nothing but gossip and sit down if you ask them for help they catch an attitude never do they ask if you need anything and be careful when you leave the place because the cashier's and the black guys that are walking around in the store they work together and when you leave they will try to jack your purse or bags and pretend to have interest you they are all about scamming the customer from the moment you walk to the register until you leave they will rob you. The service was a nightmare I wanted to return something for a 2nd time and because they said I had a return last year they could not accept very dissatisfied with there product it was a flat iron that does not work like it says on the box and first they tried to make the box a problem manger was very rude and walked away while I was explaining to him them had his employees harass me until I left avoid going to this broke down business a real business would except returns and not basically bully you about it I was threatened and I will never return this store is EXTREMELY GHETTO please avoid...

First off, this store isn't really big compared to other beauty supply stores. They have a great selection of the products that are trending, the staff are always smiling and greeting you when you come in, and they are patient with helping you with any questions you have, and might I add, its always clean.
