I went into the Fort USC store on Monday to purchase a new phone. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. The phone I chose ended up being out of stock, and I was told it would be in the following day. Tuesday I worked until 6, load up my two young kiddos into the car and drive 25 mins to Fort and the phone didn’t come in. I was a bit frustrated I was told it’d be in the following day, and there was no communication it didn’t arrive or would be delayed. I make my way back to the store tonight (Friday). I got there around 6:35 and was told they wouldn’t have time to transfer the info from my old phone to my new phone, since they closed at 7. Again, I was frustrated because it wasn’t communicated that it could take up to an hour to transfer the data. Picking up on my frustration Ivan completed the transfer (took 15 mins), but told me I’d have to come back for my promo item / free gift that was being offered with my phone purchase. The female working tonight was clearly irritated that I was there and made comments about other cars pulling in the parking lot, when they’d be able to leave, and dropped a F bomb in front of a customer. Overall not a great experience and will visit a different USC...
Read moreThe manager here is a joke! She really loves to abuse the little power she has by taking it out on a loyal customer. I've been with US Cellular for the last 15 years and have had very little to complain about. The prices are great, the coverage, and usually a very friendly staff. I had a upgrade done and after 2 days of having a glitchy phone that died after 2 hours I had also noticed some damaged areas that had been painted. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to stop in so she could look it over. When I came in she looked it over and told me I damaged the phone. Then she said they couldn't do anything to help me out with it. As I was walking out already irritated she shouted to make sure and get a case on it right away so I didn't damage it anymore. Like I said, I've been a customer for 15 years and now I am looking for a new mobile company that appreciates...
Read moreI went through this company for nearly two years as a cellular provider. I was more often dissatisfied than i was content with this company. They shut my cell phone service off multiple times throughout the course of my contract, despite regularly paying $100.00 and was charged by the company to have my service turned off. i also had a brand new phone that would no longer turn on after installing a required update and the company made me pay the full price to get a new phone. If you have money to waste and only need service half the time you pay for it i would definitely encourage...
