So #daylightsavings time got me, I’m going to have to set an alarm. Another #SundayFunday trip to the laundry so another local breakfast review. Yesterday, I delved into the local culinary masters at Super Tortas. I was promptly greeted by the hostess/cashier and decided on the #Breakfast Sandwich with all kinds of veggies, but more importantly chorizo, bacon and more. I got to watch the chef prepare my meal and was very impressed. The sandwich was firm, full of flavor and just what the doctor ordered. It was even big enough for two, since I spent the day by myself it was a nice dinner. We are lucky to be so blessed with food choices in our little town. Think 🤔 one of these mornings I may start reviewing #Menudo 🥰🥰 a dish that’s an art to get right.

Read moreIf you enjoy tortas, you gotta try this place!! I ordered a breakfast torta (#8 on the menu) and I chose chorizo/eggs, bacon, avocado, shredded mozzarella + a spicy salsa that I asked for. This came out DELICIOUS! One of the best tortas I’ve had in my life. The bread was light, soft, easy to bite into. The inside all tasted really well together and the avocado was a nice touch. The portion for an order comes out to be nearly footlong so it can be shared. The cheese melted as I ate it and it was really tasty.
1 taco is the size of 2 street tacos and they were reasonably priced considering the amount of meat that came on the taco.
The flan is good, worth a try (3.5/5 stars).
The customer service was really good. The young lady at the register was very nice and patient.
Will absolutely go back there at least twice my next visit and will recommend to...
Read moreInstant 5 stars, as soon as I saw my chicken quesadilla. Bonus stars at the amazing taste. But nobody in town makes em this big!!! I used to live out east and got used to quesadillas being huge and thick. All the food trucks and restaurants in Fort Bragg make em either thin or tiny or both. This one was loaded and thick and huge, and had all the fixings In it. Jalapeños, avocado, tomatoes, maybe onions. (I Wolfed it down to fast to say for sure about that last one). New favorite Mexican food place in town. Idk why I've waited 3 years to try it, it seems like they're usually closed when I go by. But today I scored big. Keep up the good work...
