Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Collins

The gentleman ringing me up at the front was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for my meal. I’m assuming he must have been rather new because I did not see a name tag even though I think he deserves a shout out. At the time of ordering he informed me that they only had mocha iced coffees available. I decided I would give it a shot, even though I normally order vanilla. My order, which normally takes a bit longer since a fish sandwich is not popular I’m assuming, was quick to come out and was freshly prepared even during a large lunch rush. My onion rings, I could tell, had just been placed in the warmer as they tasted fresh and we’re still toasty. Trying my iced mocha, I was not a fan - to no fault of the restaurant but because I don’t normally like mochas. I went back to the front counter where the ever friendly gentleman offered to check the status of vanilla iced coffees. Seeing that the new batch was cooled enough, he prepared me a single vanilla iced coffee and brought it out to me when it was ready - such wonderful customer service. This is the worst Burger King that I have ever been to in the state of Colorado. I moved to Fort Collins about a year ago. Every time I have gone through the drive thru over the last year they're always out of something. One morning when I went for breakfast they were out of pancakes . One afternoon I went for a milkshake they had no way to make a milkshake. I asked for if there was a way I could get ice cream they said they didn't have anything available. One morning I went about a half hour after they were supposed to open up and the person that just got there and said they weren't open yet. And there are other examples. I just went through again to get some chocolate chip cookies and of course they were out of cookies. Avoid this Burger King if you can . The people are super rude. I called the store after I got home and asked a way to put a complaint in and the guy said you can tell me and I said I don't want to tell you I'd like to email your company. He said you can just find it online and he hung up LOL. I called back and of course they didn't answer. I did call Burger King main office and put in a complaint. Do not go to...

I looove burger king I'm not complaining about the company but this specific location is really awful and I've only gone twice because it's closest to my home... First time I went they got my order wrong and I got burnt food. This time I ordered and was told to go wait out front and I sat there for 30 min with my kid screaming at me because the car was getting hot and he was hungry, then a guy comes out asking me what I had ordered, walks away and comes back asking again then goes in and brings the food out, he did apologise, and that was good, but then I checked the bags and was missing food and had to go back inside where I proceeded to wait another 20 min where I heard a older gentleman asking if they were going to keep serving the people in front of him, he seemed very sweet and calm about the situation, I felt really bad for them because the lady seemed very angry twords him... I finally got the last item in my bag after almost an hour of waiting around... I will be driving the extra miles from now on when I want to go to burger King.
