Peter is freaking awesome! I came in to purchase a suit for my upcoming wedding. It's been over a decade since I last purchased a suit so I wanted to try on something new, particularly a skinny/slim fit linen suit. I had my doubts that my lanky but large stature would be anything but laughable in a skinny suit but Peter quickly proved me wrong so I quickly found a couple options I liked in tan and grey but, a there was a sky blue pin stripe suit down the rack which kept drawing my attention. Initially I dismissed the suit at too bright or loud, the shade of blue reminded me of Harry Dunne's Blue Tuxedo in the film Dumb & Dumber, but I kept being drawn back to it and finally decided to try it on for fun. I went to Men's Wearhouse in Fort Collins to get a suit for an interview coming up. I have two other suits from there that I like, and the service at that time was excellent. This time, the salesman was rude and seemed disinterested. I had to try on a few different sizes, and as I tried them on, I had to track him down. He was off talking to a coworker about other plans and being sore. I was in a rush, so I purchased the suit in haste. He got the order wrong, and I had to correct it twice. I found a suit at a different store and went to return the MH suit. However, because I had to order the jacket, they claimed they could not cancel the order, so I would have to wait for it to come in to return it. Incredibly disappointed in the rental policy this store has. We had a wedding over Labor Day weekend outside of the area and weren’t able to get back to town to return the rental suits until two days after. We didn’t think this would be an issue given it was a holiday weekend and getting a suit back the day after an event is an absurd timeline. We incurred a $20 per suit fee and the person helping us at the store could not be less reasonable and helpful with solutions. In hindsight we would have told them our wedding was a few days after the actual event so that we didn’t have to rush back home to return the suits. I would advise anyone thinking of renting suits here to lie about their event date and save themselves the trouble and money or use a different company with reasonable policy’s and...
