I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and I can confidently say it’s a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! From the moment I walked in, the rich aroma of melted chocolate enveloped me, instantly putting me in a good mood.

The variety of treats available is truly impressive. Whether you’re a fan of classic chocolates, gourmet caramel apples, or unique confections, there’s something for everyone. I indulged in their signature chocolate-covered strawberries, and they were absolutely divine—fresh, juicy, and perfectly coated in rich chocolate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to recommend their favorites and share the story behind their delicious creations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sweet treat or to pick up gifts for friends and family.

While the chocolate at this shop was decent (I got the Dubai chocolate bar and the chocolate covered potato chips which were serviceable and had a good crunch) I was extremely disappointed to learn afterward about their business practices. Filing complaints to push out small local vendors over minor competition at a seasonal market is beyond petty. Rather than supporting the community, they chose to stifle it. In my opinion, Fort Collins is a big enough city for multiple chocolate vendors and a company big enough to be in DIA shouldn't be worried about small local businesses! As a visitor from out of town, this was by far my least favorite experience from my trip in retrospect, due to their egregious attacks on smaller local businesses. I can't recommend this place and encourage others to think twice before supporting a business with such questionable ethics. This kind of behavior leaves a truly bad taste in my mouth, far worse than any subpar...

I've been shopping here since it was my FIRST job out of high school in 2006. This store has always valued its regular customers and takes pride in the delicacies they sell. They pride themselves in their product but most importantly thr customer service they provide. Even when the customer isn't necessarily always right..i have personally witnessed the owner & staff at this store bend over backwards to make people happy. From special event orders, to donations for Children For Realities or small gifts & tokens of appreciation. I have seen them make their mark in weddings, Birthday parties, company events and so much more. This store is a staple & while I have not worked there in years I am never disappointed when I visit the store. Thank you for always fulfilling my chocolatey and caramel apple...
