Northern Lights Distribution — Local services in Fort Dodge

We had a dishwasher we were leasing from them. They sent us a certified letter saying they were going to remove the machine with no explanation why. We called several times talked to the receptionist who switched us to someone else who never was there everyone we called. We left messages and never got a return phone call to let us know why we were loosing our dish machine. Very poor customer service. We will never order anything from them again. The least they could do is...

I was here on time. Plenty of room to dock, staff really friendly. Deducted a star because unloading is pretty slow.So only 4 stars.. 2.5 hrs and counting for a dry unload. No overnight parking. Be patient, its a small d/c.

Update: it has now been 5.5 hrs and im still here. THIS IS A DRY LOAD!! Down to 2 stars.

Another great place to deliver,plus no lumpers Yeah Best to turn south by the Kwik Trip,go one block turn west, Northern Lights about 3 blocks away. They have a new gate that doesn't open until 6am,not any overnight parking ( maybe in da street)...
