Culver’s — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

This place needs a lot of improvement with communication!! I always hate showing up to Culver's during certain nights because there are some extremely rude coworkers in there that need a lot of improvement with communicating with their costumers. Same lady I had an issue with before she needs to get fired ASAP. Politely asked for a single beer buttered basket with ketchup and cheese with 4 packets of Mayo. This is how I said it, "Can I get a single buttered burger basket with-" She rudely interrupted me saying, "Want cheese with it?" I said, "Please let me finish." She said, "Whatever" I said, "Let me say it again. I want a single butter burger basket with ketchup and cheese and 4 packets of Mayo" She then says, "Ok so you just want the cheeseburger" I said, "No I just told you twice I want the basket" She then rudely yells saying, "Okayyyy!" With terrible profanity. I then go up to the window, got my food, looked at it and they are charging me $7.05 for one hamburger and I never got my fries. I head in there full of disappointment and stood up for myself saying, "You guys are charging me $7 for a single cheeseburger??? I asked for a basket this includes my fries" it took them 6 minutes full of explanation that shouldn't be needed and I stood there for the majority of my time just waiting on my fries that they could have given me in less than 5 seconds. Pathetic. Fire the lady who is heavier, maybe in her 40s, grey hair and works night...

My fiancé and I went inside to have Culver’s today! We live close by and we come here all the time. Usually, we have great experiences here… but today.. I don’t know what was going on. The male taking our order wouldn’t pay attention to us half the time as we are trying to order. He would laugh at his friends in the middle of us ordering. Then because he laughed when an ice bucket fell he said , “oh that was funny, but I’m going to hell for that.” Please pay attention to your customers and not your friends.. then seconds later 2 guys in the back were getting into each other’s faces about to get into a fight. One was a young boy, and the other a grown, older man. Later, my fiancé and I sit down, and wait for our food, and the older man that was getting in another man’s face, was doing his job. We noticed he took pride in his job. He was cleaning tables, cleaning the floor. The fighting and the man who worked the cash register was just very inappropriate. For a work environment. I love Culver’s, the food is so good, but just about EVERY time I go there something is wrong with what’s given to me. Whether it’s ALL of the toppings of my sandwich not being there, not receiving my receipt and not even being asked if I want it (and then not being able to give it to me when I ask for it for some unknown reason), no napkins, no side dressings, forgetting my custard, something is always wrong. I was just there tonight, and they gave me my concrete mixer, and I thought it looked a little melty on top, which is fine, so I drove off. However, my concrete mixer is completely melted through! It’s literally almost room temperature! How is that even possible?? When my order was taken tonight, the staff said multiple times that everything was made to order. I genuinely don’t understand how my concrete mixer was even that melted, and how they thought it was okay to serve me that??? I’m now questioning why I’ve kept coming back if something is consistently wrong...
