Charged me EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for my car tag PLUS another twenty for using my debit card. I know it's not technically their fault, it's the government and taxing this, that, and the other.

I swear if they could charge a fee for every breath you took, they effing would... I whole heartedly don't believe the taxes on my car was that much. The last car I tagged was only $300. I'm a dang waitress, y'all. Where am I supposed to come up with bill money after being taxed like that for no reason? I already get tips taken out of my paycheck AND taxes taken out of my tips. Taxes on food. Taxes on clothes. Taxes on every dang thing. There's no way there was $500 worth of taxes on a used car... That I'm already paying taxes on in my car payment.

Edit: It won't let me reply. I'm changing from one star to three because they were pretty nice. I'm just peeved at the government's prices on everything. Thanks for offering to let me bring cash, but I don't have any. The tag took everything I had when I was expecting to only pay about $300 like every other car tag I've ever paid...

Me and my wife recently got married my wife stopped by this office to get her license changed over and they told her she had to make an appointment so she said ok i need to make an appointment they told her we dont set up appointments in person you have to call and we are booked for the next week or so wife waited a coipke of days and called to make appointment they then told her we are not doing that anymore you need to come in so my wife in and despite there not being anyone else there they told her it was a 2 hour wait even though no one else was there so wife went to muskogee tag office and got her license taken care of in about 10 minutes I have had one interaction here myself the lady i dealt with acted like she didn't want to be there she was throwing attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience on her Overall they are rude impatient and act like they have better things to do than help you out Needless to say i will be taking my business to...

I just left the tag office and am very dissatisfied with the service given. The lady who was helping my husband was alright, but she didn’t know how to change a title over and had to ask the other girl questions. The other girls response to where the additional signature needed to be (it was already signed twice, but I guess my grandparents needed to sign the dealer line) was, “I guess, I don’t care” and then proceeded to laugh. I guess his service wasn’t important. I never write bad reviews, but they’re unprofessional, do better. I will go out of my way to go to a different tag agency...
