Very unorganized. They gave me door 5, but there was a truck in that door, so they put me aside for several hours longer. Then they gave me door 8, which also had a truck in the door. I inquired, and the window clerk started getting really crazy angry, cussing and ranting ethnic slur words. This is definitely not appropriate work place conduct. It’s no wonder they seem to be getting such bad ratings when they are falling apart and no one is moving or doing much of anything. My appointment was at midnight and I’m still here at almost 5am supposedly waiting for a truck to pull out of the new door they assigned me because the other door had a truck in it. WARNING TRUCKERS: There is NOT overnight parking.

As a couple of driver said it was.

The security guard called many numbers that didn’t answer on this Sunday. But, she reached her supervisor, & was told no overnight parking. There were no other trucks there, either.

I don’t know if these guys wanted to waste other drivers times, if they had their time wasted, her (something I’d imagine, nowadays, insecure, selfish, dangerous drivers would do. Your types are of the devil. Go to hell, alone.), or, if things changed in the past few months.

Nevertheless, no overnight parking.

Just sat at this shipper for 5 hours before they told 15 drivers, they have no product to load on their trailers. Seriously. Drivers and trucking companies. You need to stop picking up from this company seriously. Oh, and no detention pay for the 5 hours of sitting there...
