Service was friendly and really like the product. But Initiated contact to order 1000 business cards on July 29th. was told would take about a week. I tried to call a couple of times with no answer and ordered some from someone else in town and received in about three days. ( I was completely out of cards). On Oct 11 I received an email saying they were ready. i Like them but 11 weeks is a little excessive. And used my design from paint program I gave as an example without even fixing mistakes.
