They need a 0 stars, they donât even deserve a 1. I hate writing negative reviews and never do unless the service was THAT bad. This is by far the worst pharmacy and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are so unprofessional and disorganized, not to mention how unbelievably rude they are, they have no idea what they are doing. They make me wait weeks longer for my medications (that I really need) and when I come in to ask whatâs going on they say I should remind them to fill it (makes no sense since they have my prescription) or that theyâre out of stock, so not only do I have to wait even longer, but their stock wouldnât have been out if they originally filled it when they got it which was WEEKS ago. Every time I get my medications there is a new issue, if I donât press on them I would never even get my medication. They are very incompetent here Iâm sorry to say. I wish more than anything that I could change my pharmacy, coming here can ruin anyoneâs day solely for the attitude and issues that they cause people. By the way, this is not a one time issue, it is on-going. I cannot wait to get fed up and change pharmacies already. Absolutely ridiculous. If anyone reads this, avoid CVS pharmacy please, Iâm not writing this for a dumb reason but because I have been dealing with their incompetence for a decade. Go to a smaller business instead, they are much more human. I went once and had a great experience. Sadly I...
Read moreHeads up on this everyone. Went to this CVS yesterday to pick up some cold/flu medication (Tylenol capsules for severe flu, cough, decongestant). Because of the type of pills, they were behind the pharmacy counter and not in the aisles. Bought it for $17. got home and looked more carefully, it was expired for 10 months - since Feb 2024. It's now Dec 2024. Went back this morning with receipt and they wouldn't do anything about it - no refund, no exchange. Said it was illegal to return this type of medication because they didn't have proof that that particular expired package was sold by them. So I'm stuck with an expired pack of pills. I get it, they could just be a little behind in checking their inventory's expiration dates, but by 10 months? The cynical me wants to think that they are working on revenue recovery since it's an easy win for them. Sell all their expired inventory instead of properly disposing of them and for the ones where they are caught just claim that their hands are tied. If this is in fact what they are doing, I'm sounding the alarm for all my Fort Lee neighbors to doublecheck what you get from this CVS before you head to the cashier. They are certainly going to lose more than the $17 that they "got me" on. Add your reviews if this has also...
Read moreThis is by far the worst pharmacy I've seen. They are not very attentive to patient's need. My medication was called in around 1pm, and nobody bothered to put it in the system. I'm after a dental surgery and my dentist called in a mount wash, not a special order medication. I called in myself to see what's going on and was told to come in tomorrow because they are closing. At first, I was told there is nothing in my name, but when I provided a description of a person that took a call from my dentist, magically the medication was found. Shame on you! How can you work at the pharmacy, where you should attend sick people?? People, run away from this place! You will not find support there. There are many other pharmacies that would appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
