DO NOT COME HERE.
I've always had my disappointments in this location living in NJ for around 10 years now. But have no choice, because I like Taco Bell, and this is the only location around the area.
Today, I went back to this location - their soda fountain was broke and everything came out flat, their ice machine was broken. I asked the manager if they had ice somewhere, and he didn't even respond, but pointed his finger at a very filthy looking bucket, with a small amount of melted ice inside.
Our order did not come out until 20-25min+, so we went up to the cashier and asked if our food was being prepared. The cashier working there instantly gives us a very bad attitude about how busy they were. They had around 5-6 customers, and around 8-10 employees in the back literally either doing nothing, or moving extremely slow for a restaurant that is "very busy".
So we got our food, tossed the drinks in the trash and came home. We started eating, instantly notice how stale the taco was, and it had close to no content inside the shell, and it tasted strange, like a saw dust from a mill or something.
Yeah, it was cheap. It's Taco Bell, but no one should deserve what they provided today to me, nor the attitude they showed, including the attitude from the manager.
This has to be one of the worst managed fast food restaurants in the US. They are using the leverage of being the only Taco Bell in the area to show terrible work ethic and terrible customer service.
I'm actually quite surprised that the manager is still keeping this job, because everyone in that store needs to be fired...
Read moreI give this place a zero. My 5 boys and parents had to pee really bad on our way to the airport and pulled off into this town to find a local bathroom. I already don’t care for Taco Bell but my sons were insisting we eat.
First impressions were awful. The entire floor was completely soaked from lobby to restrooms. There was a giant puddle by some of the booths with a sign saying it was wet but absolutely no worker the entire time we were there attempted to clean it. All of the tables were filthy and again no workers ever attempted to clean up anything. I feel dirty after being in there how bad it was.
When we finally got our food it was all disgusting. I can tell the oil was old and nasty. Most of my food was entirely inedible. My parents said the meat in their tacos tasted rancid. Everything tasted bad. Lord I wish I had read the other reviews before putting any of that rotten food in our mouths. I pray our tummies last through the flight because I’m quite nervous we may get sick especially after reading other reviews and seeing they don’t seem to care to serve food to a healthy standard. This place needs an...
Read moreThis is under the Taco Bell category, but it serves both Taco Bell and KFC. The service is hot and cold, and located in Fort Lee, I would expect a top notch operation. You are only as good as the people on the front line, and they have to decide if they want to be there. I always found the food to be on par with the brands anywhere else, I guess that means I've been lucky, judging by many of the other comments I see here. I usually only stop here when returning from NYC, and if it looks like a crowd, I keep going. This location is absolutely slammed for the evening rush hours. It sits literally right next to the George Washington Bridge. Ironically, there is no drive thru, every square foot of Fort Lee is horrendously expensive, so that won't be changing anytime soon. But I would think the corporate level would be interested in whipping them into shape. The income stream here must be thriving, or has the potential to be. Like Subway and Dominos though, the brand marketing guarantees that new people will continue to stream...
