The worst place by one of the workers called Sophia*.. Has an unacceptable aggressive behavior very rude and probably prejudice and she actually belittled me because i couldn't understand how to transfer files and she's told me can't you read what's your problem, and it got worse once i told her im came from NYC i actually walked over to fortlee to get away from the stress of NYC and unfortunately, got the bad experience from walking in the T-mobile store. To keep a long story short i wasn't sure if she knew how to tranfer my file correctly so i had questions which she didn't like so after waiting for my files to tranfer for 35 min i still had questions. I had to look and ask her co workers where she was, i noticed she was constantly going outside to smoke from her vape so i went out to get her, she comes back i say the files weren't all transferred can you check, she replies if you don't like my help you can go back to where you came from or go to whoever helped you i say at this point i say ok she proceeded to erase the information on the phone and i say i shouldn't have never came here she says yes go somewhere else i told her manager as i'm leaving she needs to loosen the attitude and act more professional he just smirked, and didn't give an apology. đĽšUnbelievable i wasted time here. She needs to be fired. She destroyed my night people like this give T- mobile a bad reputation. I'm pretty sure she continues to do as she pleases smh... I pay $141 on my phone bill and this is the service i get by just...
Read moreUnfortunately, I encountered a sales rep, Henry, who. when I made a purchase asked me if I wanted "a receipt" to which I replied. "Of course, I do." He then immediately put on an attitudinal, "Well, some people don't."
After a slight pause at the rather quixotic notion of not handing-out receipts, I meant to leave it at that, but the fact that I purchased more than $50.00 worth of pristine smartphone gear and the fact that I have never in my life encountered ANY cashier who did not hand out a receipt, I doubled up with astonishment, both at his question about me wanting a receipt but more so his OWN affront about my QUESTIONing about wanting a receipt.
"Well, that's their problem," I replied. "Give me my a receipt."
He then placed the receipt, which was not your run-of-the-mill paper tear-off, but an entire two-page 8x10 print out, atop of the items I had purchased. And it sat there, right on the counter naked, to which incensed me further.
"Aren't you going to place them in a bag?" I said, aghast.
He gave me a burning look and, with labor, reached beneath and produced a customary T-Mobile paper tote bag, and placed my purchased items inside along with the print out.
We both exchanged tense frowns as I departed.
Never have I encountered a sales rep so fundamentally unadept at rudimentary customer service.
I promised I will take up his inept and rude service with the higher-ups, which I plan to do, but not before posting this review...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the T-Mobile retail store located at 2199 Fletcher Ave, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 (near Linwood Plaza). The store manager, Dione, was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout our visit.
We were there for over an hour just to purchase a new iPhone, yet he showed no interest in assisting us. Instead, he told us to call customer service. Even after doing so, he still refused to help because the account had not yet been transferred. When I asked for further assistance, he simply said he could not do anything.
To make matters worse, when my boyfriend asked to use the restroom after waiting so long, the manager refused. His attitude came across as careless, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. He did not greet us with a smile, showed no effort to resolve our issue, and seemed indifferent about helping customers at all.
It is disappointing to see such poor service, especially from someone in a management position. Based on this experience, I cannot...
