WORST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT K-BEAUTY OUTLET
It is my first time visiting this place but WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
We went into a cosmetics store with my friends to find and purchase certain products yesterday. We were looking around about 20 mins in store. Suddenly store owner furiously yelled us to leave store without any reasons. Then, One of my friends asked why & explained that we were there to purchase cosmetics, but the owner continuously yelled and scared her with violent tone. A short while later, the owner told us to leave as well, because he accused us that not buying anything and we were in store with different purpose. The owner kept shouting and pointing finger at my friends.
It wasnโt just idle browsing. Within those 20 minutes, my friend had already set aside some products with the intention of buying them.
Isn't it common to spend more than 20 minutes in a cosmetics store? It was totally unpleasant & uncomfortable experience in my life!!! You should definitely reconsider. The owner told us to leave simply for being there for more than 20 minutes.
If you are looking to purchase K cosmetics, find another store PLEASE!!!!! Even other stores like Sephora or even beauty stores. THEY DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.
DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. THE OWNER IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

When you pointed your finger at my friend, you were so worked up and aggressive that if I hadnโt stopped you, it looked like you were actually going to hit her. You were charging at her, and her eye was just inches away from your finger. I had to quickly step in, cover her face with my hand, and tell you to back off. When I said Iโd call the police if you hurt her, you responded by jabbing your finger at my face too. I had to step back to avoid getting jabbed myself, and I was absolutely shocked.
People reading this might think, "The customers must have done something wrong for the owner to react like that." No. Absolutely not. Despite the disrespect we faced, we even made sure to put back the items we were planning to buy. We maintained our composure. Honestly, I should have called the police right then and there. Why did I hold back?
We were only browsing because it was our first time in your store, trying to figure out where things were. We definitely didnโt stay long enough to test everything as you falsely claimed. Iโm not even sure we were there for 20 minutes. You only said 20 minutes to justify kicking us out, and now youโve changed it to 30 minutes. So, does that mean you think itโs okay to threaten and intimidate a much smaller woman? Unbelievable.
Donโt you have CCTV? Why donโt you release the footage? If you were so confident and had nothing to hide, youโd have been the first to shout about having video evidence. But you didnโt, did you? Iโm guessing itโs because you know your version of events isnโt true. The best excuse you could come up with is that we refused to leave? When exactly did that happen?
I heard youโve made it onto TikTok. It seems like you donโt care to treat walk-in customers with respect, or is it just Korean customers you donโt like? Maybe you think itโs okay to be rude when the people in front of you donโt speak your language?
Oh, and by the way, do you know Olive Young? You can buy cosmetics there without even testing them. You can take your time, all day if you want, and they probably have way more photos than your store. Plus, theyโre running a promotion for the next 7 days.
Before you start lecturing others on basic civility, maybe you should learn what it means to be civilized yourself. Itโs truly disappointing and sad.

You were obviously annoyed when I initially brought up the topic and blushed me off very quickly. I hope you do realize that on your website you advertised free products with the specific items I purchased, so technically it's not exactly free. Also, I was supposed to receive more than one as you advertised on your website but I didn't mention anything about that.
03/25/24 I called and spoke with a staff member over the phone. He insisted that the product can be used a year after the expiration. Since it was a free sample product, he said I could just throw it away if I don't feel comfortable. Sure, I could do that but he knew all along that he was giving me an expired product. It's not ethically correct and I'm very disappointed. It's also very upsetting to see how he treated everyone so nicely in person in videos but treated differently for online order
