I contacted Aetna for information on a Medicare supplemental policy. I was called by an agent from TL Ins and received information and a premium amount. About two months later I was ready for the policy. I received a different premium amount. When the auto pay went thru, the household discount was not applied. After about 2 hours on the phone with the agent/Aetna there was no resolution. After several follow-up emails, it was still not resolved. The agent indicated I would have to follow-up with Aetna. I guess once the policy is sold, they no longer want to deal with you. I never felt like a customer with this guy. Humana dropped my PFFS Medicare Advantage plan and, while looking for another, I accidentally clicked on a Medigap link and Frank Molina with TZ insurance called me. Frank was very helpful and patient with my questions even though I wasn’t looking for a Medigap policy. My further research determined that only HMO and HMO/PPO Advantage plans are available in my area with no nearby in-network doctors, so I contacted Frank again. He reviewed Medigap plans and costs with me and set up a plan for me quickly and easily over the phone. Accendo tells me my policy was approved some time ago, your application tracker and employees from the sales person (Edwin Pidort ) to the support team are very poor as no one returns phone calls. gives any information, and informs the customer of anything. All I can say is I am out of your hands and pity your other customers, Your customer service is nonexistent !
