I usually order online or go to tsc in the morning after my kids go to school and hubby goes to work. On this day, I went in person with my kid. As we were reading the ingredients on the back of pet food, I noticed we were being watched by a tall male employee. He never came to ask if I needed help, he just pretended to be straightening up items on the shelf. Then another employee came and said nothing. Before I knew it, my son and I were corralled by employees and a female employee finally approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I said no thanks and they all scattered, but continued to watch us from a distance and follow us until we left the pet area. BTW, my son is only 10 years old , this was our 1st outing in a long time and his 1st set pet guinea pigs. If those employees read this, and they know exactly who they are, they will know exactly who I am and with the traction my posts get, it's not a good look for your store, your work ethics, and personality to stalk and harass a mother and child for no reason other than their skin color. Show me the same respect you show other customers. You will not run me off because I love the store, the cashier, the guy whose running all over trying to fill online orders, the people I meet in the morning. 4 stars cashier, employee filling online orders, customers and ...
Read moreI have always enjoyed my trip to my local tractor supply but today was alot different. I went in as usual to get all my chicken feed and supplies got everything I needed and went to the check out, one line was busy so the cashier sent me to the other lane and after waiting on the cashier Samanta to show all her personal photos to the lady in front of me then I was being rang up I ask 3 different time are the chicken waterers 2 for $6 which she completely ignored the fact I was even talking then started talking on her radio about an online order. She didn't give me a receipt so I ask could I atleast get a receipt then she gave me a receipt and I went to the other cashier and ask if the waterers were 2 for $6 because that's what the sign said then Samantha came over and said you could have just ask me very rudely to which my husband replied she tried asking you 3 times before we even paid and was ignored. As the other cashier was giving me my money back that I was over charged for the waterers another customer ask Samantha for help to which she replied I'm working on a online order I can't help you very rudely. So I will be finding a new place to get my chicken supplies no one should be talked to in a rude manner or ignored by someone working...
Read moreWorst tractor supply ever, terrible sales employees, and even worst the Manager named "Chris". Will not return here.
2020 Update: This is the most convenient Tractor supply for my family to go to, but I find myself driving 20-40 min out of the way to use another one. Yesterday we did the curbside pickup for about 400lbs of feed. My wife went to pick it up with the curbside service. When she came home a bag of feed was missing (not a big deal, but still $20) . When I called the store the manager (Christian) said "oh yeah we ran out of that feed". I said "but you charged me for it and didnt deliver it". It seemed to be too much for this guy to handle. He said he didnt know how to refund it and talked to the store manager who stated the same thing. His best idea was to call them back in a week and see if they got any of this feed in stock. Instead I just contacted the Tractor supply corporate offices who refunded the bag of feed with 24 hours. We have these kinds of issues constantly with this store. Here are the basics of business that maybe should be forwarded to these guys:
-Customer orders things online for store pickup -If things arent in stock, dont charge the customer for them -If you mess up, own it and refund the customer immediately...
