I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS !!
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and it was at this Wingstop location. I don’t know how this place is even still open with how terribly it’s run. From the moment I walked in, it was a complete disaster.
Let’s start with the wait time. I ordered a small meal just a few wings and fries and I ended up waiting nearly an hour. Yes, AN HOUR. And no, the place was not busy. Maybe two other people were waiting, and a few others were dining in. Absolutely no reason it should take that long unless the staff is intentionally moving at a snail’s pace. I asked for an update politely after 30 minutes and got nothing but attitude in return.
The employees here were unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. Not once did anyone say “thank you” or “sorry for the wait” instead, I was met with blank stares, eye-rolls, and passive-aggressive responses like “it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” One guy behind the counter looked like he hated being there and took it out on every customer he spoke to. The others were either playing on their phones or goofing around instead of working. Zero customer service. Zero urgency. Zero respect.
And then there’s the complete lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Like, sticky, trash-covered, hasn't been mopped in days filthy. There were food wrappers and napkins on the floor, tables were covered in crumbs and leftover sauce, and the trash bins were overflowing. Even the counter where food is handed over had grease marks and splatters on it. It was genuinely disgusting, and it made me question the hygiene in the kitchen too. If the front of house looks like this, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening behind the scenes.
By the time I got my food, I honestly didn’t even want to eat it anymore — and when I did, it was cold, soggy, and clearly rushed (despite the massive wait). Complete waste of time and money.
Avoid this location at all costs. I don’t know who’s running it, but they clearly don’t care about the customers, the staff, or basic cleanliness. I’ll never come back, and I’ll warn anyone I know to steer clear. There are way better places to get wings without dealing with this level...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I worry about this Wingstop. It’s new and it’s in a great area but being a general manager for years, it was not operated efficiently . The Food was good but that was because the young employees were working hard to make sure to give the best service to the guests. What I assume was the restaurant manager was sitting In the lobby eating and was named Jason bc I heard someone say his name and he had plenty of inappropriate things to say to his employees. I even heard him fire someone which should never be heard by a guest in the restaurant or a guest in a business paying for services. It should be done behind closed doors! This would have been a great experience had it not been for the manager being totally disrespectful to his employees in front of everyone else ! It was actually disgusting. I heard him talking about other employees in front of customers which is totally unprofessional! I won’t go back here for a while and I hope that management changes ! Those younger employees were working so hard to keep the establishment running while he sat there and did nothing but talk negatively to and about them. If this is how Wingstop operates I will make sure to tell Everyone not to go there until they hire managers that care about their guests...
Read moreSo BEYOND PISSED !!! I ordered wingstop in Fortoglethorpe Ga, on Battlefield PKWY through the wingstop app, just to get there and then they refuse to give me my food I just paid $40 for. The GM told us he has already gave that order out and refused to re make my food or give me my money back. Tried to show him where I ordered the food through the app AND the order number and told me to leave. Threatened to call the police if we didn't. So needless to say I'm hungry and lost $40. He was rude, careless, and LAZY. Think before you order online there because these people don't care who they give your food to, nor do they care to fix or help resolve the issue. This man needs FIRED asap absolutely humiliating. Before you hand out an order you need to CHECK THE ORDER NUMBER. He was even trying to hand us an order under the name "Hayley Armstrong" and refused to give me mine or fix HIS mistake. So instead of refunding me or fixing my order you try to give me someone else's? And when I don't do that your threaten to call the police on me?
