I see Mike gets many favorable reviews, and perhaps deservedly so. In my case however, he was unable to repair the computer. When I took it to him, it was making noise (fan) and very slow to boot. He replaced the graphics card and the charge was $180. I took it home only to discover the same issues. Returned to Mike and he suggested it may help to install Windows 10. He also suggested the problem may be the Ant-Virus software. This software had been installed long before any problems. He apparently put in some additional time for which I was not charged. He indicated the problem was solved and booted it successfully in the shop. I returned home with the computer and the same problems occurred. Very little doubt in my mind that whatever is wrong had nothing to do with the graphics card or the user. Update: I'm still laughing at...
Read moreExtremely satisfied customer. I brought a compounded PC problem to Mike because I shorted out my rig upgrading the RAM. Mike charges a 20 dollar diagnostic and he went through the ringer testing all the components to narrow down the problem, he salvaged the new RAM I bought that was working, replaced the motherboard I shorted out, did not upcharge me for parts, cleaned every component he took off thoroughly which will extend the life of my rig greatly, and I was shocked how great a value the service was.
If you have any issues with your PC that you can't fix don't throw it away, take it to Mike and he will find the real problem and you'll be happy you didn't burn $1200 on a new rig and he'll set it up better than...
Read more8/31/23 Hi Mike - still no success… tried again this past week.. twice… office closed… no phone success either several times… was even there with another 2 persons trying to get services… we just left after an hour wait…
At this point, should we schedule a direct appointment…? This week…? I sent an email directly as well several days ago but no reply…
Should I just give up and go elsewhere…?
After such great services several times over the years this would be a sad ending…
