I spent several hours this morning on the phone with techinal support , Android, and Google..After trouble shooting every option on my phone it seemed the only option left was to do a factory reset. I drove to Fort Scott which is an hour away for me one way with 3 kiddos. They tried several different things to try and fix my phone. I was only worried about my photos nothing else. My gmail had been wiped clean on the computer but showed up on my phone so we couldnt do a reset until we could get photos transferred to something. The issue I was having with my phone was making it very difficult to retrieve my photos. The girls tried two different phones but it kept freezing or restarting every few minutes or the memory was not large enough. Then the last option was to try and place a memory card in my phone extract photos, do factory reset and then upload photos off memory card. IT WORKED !!! I am so so very Thankful for Jessica & Kim. It made my day to know I didn't lose my photos. It was a couple hour ordeal but worth every second. They were so good to me and the kids. I have never left a review on anything but felt this needed one. If you have issues with your phone the Fort Scott office is so much better than Iola...THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF...
